REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
•Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
•Products must be unopened and unused with the original seal intact.
•Products with broken or tampered seals will not be accepted for return.
•Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
•Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
•Opened or used products (products with broken seals).
•Products returned after 15 days from the purchase date.
•Products without proof of purchase.
•Damaged or defective products due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@leapnutrition.co within 15 days of purchase.
2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
3. Our team will verify the eligibility of your return and provide you with return instructions.
4. Ship the product back to us in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 45 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet all return eligibility requirements.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@leapnutrition.co. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when reporting the issue.
